I won't be checking in daily with the weight just 1-2 times a week probably...
This mornings weight-in 256 lbs
So far this morning I've cleaned the 2 big cabins, walked up and down the hill several times while doing that. Had a Maple French Toast bagel for b'fast (have only 2 left and won't buy more). Having a bowl of my Taco Beans and then walking the circle, which is about 1 mile. Hope to start doing the circle 2-3 times a day... shooting for 2 times today. And if the wind lets down I'll kayak some.
