Joined the YMCA, Valentines Day was my first workout....

The GOAL... I'll never be skinny like Barbi, but for now would like to not be embarressed be on the beach in an actual swim suit this summer... would like to shed 50 lbs, all from around my waist...

So I weighted in at 275 lbs... walked .82 miles on treadmill, got up to speed 3.0 and incline of 1.5... then worked my arms with 5x reps on 4 different lifts of 8lb weights.... wanted to do the Zumba class but got there and discovered they were cancelled. 

It's a no soda or bread day!!!
