Well folks... its a sad sad day in my world this morning... I've gained 4 lbs since Wk 2 weight in which puts me at 276lbs. Wondering if part of that is the 2 gallons of water I drank with the Lemonade Diet before I went to work out. Things that make you go "hhuummmm"
I actually had half a gallon of water right before heading to the Y, so true or not, I choose to believe that is the 4 lbs I gained, since a gallon of water is about 8 lbs. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!
OK I'm over the sadness.... back to the Happy Days.
